Important information!
- Meeting point: Your tour meets between the pier and the public bus stop. Your guide will wear a light-blue jacket. Look for a sign and/or flag that says "EXCURSIONS.NO".
On the Dalsnibba Skywalk & Eagle Road Excursion you will experience a fantastic bus tour through a landscape of majestic mountains, gorgeous waterfalls and beautiful lakes. One of our experienced guides, or by the use of audio guide pending on group size, will give you all the information about Geiranger and the UNESCO World Heritage area. You’ll reach four highlights: Flydalsjuvet (one of Norway’s most photographed viewpoints); the spectacular Djupvatn lake, the top of the famous mountain Dalsnibba at the altitude of 1500 m above sea level, and the spectacular Eagle Bend with great views of the Geiranger village, the Geirangerfjord and the Seven Sisters Waterfall. The tour includes the drive up the serpentine Eagle Road with great photo opportunities of the Geirangerfjord.

- Note that if weather conditions are not favorable, Mt. Dalsnibba will be substituted with a different highlight that Geiranger offers.
- Our excursions are adapted to arrival and departure times of cruise ships. Modified departure times will be announced in advance.

1- Departure: Centre of Geiranger
A beautiful small village in Sunnmøre region of Møre og Romsdal county in the western part of Norway. The Geirangerfjord is one of Norway’s most spectacular fjords. Since 2005 the Geirangerfjord area has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
2- Djupvatn Lake
Spectacular mountain lake. It lies at the altitude of 1030 meters above sea level and is at least 90 meters deep. The lake is normally covered with ice, depending on the temperature and on the season, the ice usually melts around mid of June/July.
3- Mount Dalsnibba
Majestic mountain with the highest fjord view from a road. It is located at the end of the Geiranger valley, approx. 22 kilometres south of the village of Geiranger and the Geirangerfjorden.The peak has an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level.
4- Flydal Gorge
Majestic views overlooking the Geirangerfjord. One of Norway’s most photographed touristic icons. When visiting Geiranger, this is the definitive must-see!
5- Eagle Road
The 11 hairpin bend serpentine road ascends all the way up to the Eagle Bend offering great views of the fjord and photo opportunities of the Seven Sisters Watterfalls.
