OVERVIEW
This section determines the contractual relationship between the service provider: Excursions.no and Geiranger Adventure As – from now on “us” “we” “the provider”- and the customer. We intend the word service (from now on Service) as any product, tour, excursion, or activity offered and delivered by Excursions.no or Geiranger Adventure.

OBLIGATIONS
THE PROVIDER
The provider commits to provide its Service in good faith and form, to the best of their capabilities. Furthermore, the provider will try in every situation, whenever possible, to abide to the descriptions of each activity proposed.
THE CUSTOMER
The customer commits to pay in full the amount agreed for the activity booked. The customer is responsible for being on time for the meeting time agreed when purchasing our Service, as well as respecting the times established for the stops or breaks during the activities. The loss of the means of transport at the start of the activity or during any part of it caused by being late on the agreed time will not be liable to claims under no circumstances. The customer is responsible for his/her own properties at all times during the performance of the activities.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Our services can be booked online and in person. Prices shown in our website are final and might differ from prices offered in our sales point and ticket offices. We reserve the right to modify the prices without previous notice without changing the statutory rights and obligations of this agreement.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right at any time to modify, delay or discontinue the Service or any part or content thereof without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel a departure of any of our services if the number of bookings has not reached the minim number of participants. The operator can delay, modify or cancel any service in the event of circumstances that escape the control of the operator, generally known as force majeure causes (natural disasters, epidemic, strikes, road incidents or heavy traffic, war, or any other similar circumstances). Furthermore, any claim regarding the modification of the itinerary of any given service while it is being performed due to force majeure circumstances will not be accepted. Whenever an excursion must be modified due to external causes impeding its regular performance an alternative itinerary will be enacted.
REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with our terms and conditions online tickets will be refunded only:
- In the case the minimum number of participants is not sufficient to run the excursion.
- If prior to the tour start our staff decides to cancel any activity in accordance with his own judgment regarding the safety of the participants.
- If, in the case of force majeure, the operator cancels the tour (prior to the tour start).
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damage or loss of clothing or personal belongings during any activity with us are complete responsibility of the customer. We do not take any claim on any of the above-mentioned situation. Any costs incurred to deliver lost and found items to the rightful owner are at the owner’s sole expenses.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By purchasing any of our activities the customer acknowledges the intrinsic risks pertinent to every single activity offered by us. The customer is responsible to evaluate his/her own physical, emotional and mental capabilities to perform the activity chosen. The equipment necessary to perform any specific activity is controlled by our staff for its proper functioning and good state of use before its beginning. From the moment it is handed out to the customer and until the activity finishes, it is the responsibility of the customer to preserve it in the state it was received, any repair or replacement costs incurred for its mishandling will be at the customer’s expenses.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our website, its contents, texts, logos, photographs, files are protected by copyright and other intellectual rights owned by us or licensed to us. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction of the content of our website for commercial use is prohibited.

In accordance to our terms and conditions we are not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies used by third-parties websites. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Complaints relating to our Service must be made immediately to the tour operator’s local representative, otherwise the customer forfeits the right to complain.
