With our hike tour a fantastic adventure awaits you. An experienced guide will lead you from sea level to the altitude of 540 m.a.s.l. where a secured path goes behind the magnificent Storsæter Waterfall. On your way up you will reach a beautiful old farm called Vesterås, with a fantastic view over the Geirangerfjord and the UNESCO World Heritage area. Our tour continues to the famous Flydal Gorge, one of the most photographed viewpoints in Norway. We will finally start our descent to the centre of Geiranger taking several shortcuts along the road.

Departure: Centre of Geiranger

A beautiful small village in Sunnmøre region of Møre og Romsdal county in the western part of Norway. The Geirangerfjord is one of Norway’s most spectacular fjords. Since 2005 the Geirangerfjord area has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Storseter Waterfall

A majestic waterfall you can walk behind. A beautiful path through the wood will lead you to the old Vesterås farm. From here you will gain a 100 mt more of altitude and you will reach a grassy plateau (540 m.a.s.l.), where a trail will take you behind the spectacular waterfall.

Flydal Gorge

A majestic Gorge with an amazing view over the Geirangerfjord. It is located at the altitude of approx. 330 meters above sea level and the canyon is 70 meters deep. This is one of the most photographed highlights of Norway.
